EcoPanel is a manufacturer of lightweight cement wall sandwich panels for roofing, flooring & walling in South Africa. We are based in Edenvale, Gauteng with another manufacturing plant to open soon in Port Shepstone, KZN. The company produces either loading or non-load bearing panels that can be used both as internal and external walling, dependant on the thickness. The standard size is either 2400 x 1200 with window and door insets, or flat solid 2400 x 600mm panels for 90mm plus thicknesses, Sandwich/ light weight panel/ EPS panel wall panel room partitions provide excellent acoustic insulation, waterproof, fireproof and thermal insulation for buildings.
EcoPanels manufacturing process is based upon a patented mould system. The Company has been conducting research for the past 3 years on various alternative building systems, and is proud to announce this solid walling building system that saves contractors a significant amount of time and money.

Our Lightweight Wall Panel
ECOPANEL is a lightweight, insulated composite wall, made of cement, expanded polystyrene (EPS) and sand, bonded together with additives, and sandwiched in-between fibre cement (asbestos-free)/calcium silicate boards.
The ECOPANEL building Solution is also Water, Fire, and Impact Resistant, giving you better protection against the elements, compared to traditional hollow blocks/bricks and mortar construction. You can also enjoy a cooler quieter space with its cutting-edge acoustic and thermal insulation. Our building panels are also eco-friendly, 100% free from harmful substances, reusable and recyclable.
